The Saxyderms

The Saxyderms are a Boston area-based saxophone ensemble that performs music spanning jazz, classical, rock, world and contemporary genres, including arrangements and new music by ensemble members. In 2026, the group celebrates its 20th anniversary and continues its long standing tradition of a free weekly summer concert series in the Boston Public Garden. The mission of The Saxyderms is to spread the joy of music to as many people as possible, provide outreach and education to young musicians, and to further enrich the cultural and artistic heritage of Boston.
