vyshnavi is a folk-Americana(ish) singer-songwriter based in Boston, MA. Inspired by her climate work and our rapidly changing world, she writes guitar-driven music about growing up, being a woman of color, and the ever-evolving landscape of America. With folk finger-picking leanings from Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez, and Tracy Chapman and the alt-rock melodies of Fleet Foxes and The Staves, she is determined to use her observant and earnest lyricism to redefine what Americana music means and who it's for.
